Complaints


1. If, in your opinion, the purchased item is defective, you can use it from the rights under the warranty, in accordance with the content of the currently applicable provisions of Polish law.

2. If you have purchased the defective item as a consumer, you can request from the Seller:

- its repair or replacement with a new one;
- price reduction (in proportion to the impairment);
- withdraw from the contract (if the defect is significant).
- on the terms established by the currently binding provisions of the Polish Civil Code

4. You will receive information on the method of considering the complaint immediately. Failure to respond to your complaint as a consumer within 14 days is tantamount to accepting the expressed request as justified.

5. Repairs and replacements will be made immediately so as not to cause you undue inconvenience.

6. If the complaint is considered justified, its cost (according to the average market valuation) shall be borne by the Seller.
